Kim is currently the Chief People Officer at Fulcrum Therapeutics, where she leads human resources and culture for a clinical-stage biotech company focused on developing treatments for rare genetic diseases. Over the course of her career, she’s built and scaled people strategies across both life sciences and financial services, holding senior HR leadership roles at organizations like the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, Warp Drive Bio, Aegerion Pharmaceuticals, and several major financial institutions.
