Michelle Affanato worked her way up at a dental practice, starting at age 15, then out of the office into consulting work. She has been interested in start-ups since starting consulting work, but since starting Affinity Management has started working with practices of all ages. She now focuses on onboarding new employees and helping doctors revamp their systems.
