Timing in public relations, indeed in all communications, is critical in order to ensure that the messages are being heard; or in some instances not being heard. Timing is a powerful weapon in the arsenal of the skilled communicator, and I share strategies on how to avoid the kind of distractions the Trump campaign will now have to deal with.
