Every Bishop chooses an episcopal motto, that clarifies his mission, his minsitry, and what he's inviting the faithful to consider. The new Archbishop of New York has the motto: Paz y Bien, which transaltes to "Peace and All Good Things" and there's a great story behind why he chose these words.
