As the title already says, we are talking about how you can stop doubting yourself and start believing in yourself, in an amazing person. Because you are amazing. So in detail: She talks about a story about a speech she gave in front of a lot of people and how it actually turned out and why we somehow need some external appreciation for what we are doing, that more successful people have to fight more, why you need to stand for yourself and know your values and an interesting story related to that, why having a bigger goal might help, making your own "I rock files" and what those are, a story about an private detective, that a group of friends help and writing and distributing your own haiku. I hope I was able to provide you with some inspiration and motivation.
