Adam Delorey - the man who tells jokes with a broken heart. Literally. The man went into full heart failure at the age of 13 when his ejection fraction (heart function) was at 11%! Since then he's lived a somewhat normal life, although knew that one day he'd need a full heart transplant. Fast forward to today Adam is a touring stand up comedian wearing a machine (LVAD) on the outside of his body that keeps his failing heart ticking until he can go through with the transplant!
