They discuss the various different styles/languages of exercising, how Kunal got started in his own fitness journey, his father being a professional bodybuilder, how he got certification, how working out is not just about building muscle or hypertrophy and how that realisation changed everything for him. Kunal also talks about getting into CrossFit and going to a CrossFit gym for the first time, how he started venturing into calisthenics based workouts, training together with Urmi Kothari (of The Kinetic Living podcast), getting picked up by Nike and learning about strength and endurance based workouts, doing the powerlifting certification course, and lots more.
