Victorian Sport Awards – Four time Olympian @stevemoneghetti is a judge for the prestigious @vicsportau awards and joins the show to chat about the outstanding achievements throughout Victorian sport and recreation with a few timely tips to run like a champion! (Starts 2:40)

Rugby – Ever wondered what it’s like to be a @guinnessworldrecords holder?
@johnathan.a.zemlik joins the show live from the UK to tell us about his epic achievement as part of the team to set the record for the #WorldsLongestRugbyMatch How did he do it? We also chat being a Finalist as the Influencer of the Year @Gaydio #Awards and his passion for rugby as a player with the iconic @kxsrfc – the world’s first gay-inclusive rugby union club founded in 1995! Squash – David Cowell wants all LGBTQIA+ players and allies to serve! At the Victorian Squash Pride Cup on May 2nd! All skill levels welcome, from beginners to advanced. David is live in the @joy949 Sport Studio to talk squash, being President at @rainbowracquetssquashmel and all the opportunities in inclusive squash and belonging in sport! Fun fact: Squash will debut at the LA 2028 Olympics, with matches played at Universal Studios! (Starts 28:12)
