Lynsey is from Scotland and moved to Ireland three years ago to work as a brewer. We get into lots of different topics in this podcast varying from her travels around the world, the different processes and techniques used in beer making, and what life is like working as a female brewer in a traditionally male working environment. She’s great fun, a role model for her profession and best of all, despite her travels all around the world, has maintained her Scottish wit and sense of humour.
