In this episode, co-host Kristin Dilley interviews her co-host Bill Thomas regarding his work as a victim advocate in the unsolved Colonial Parkway Murders, in which 8 young people were murdered in lover's lanes in and around beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia from 1986 to 1989. Bill's younger sister Cathy Thomas and her girlfriend Rebecca Dowski were the first two victims in the Colonial Parkway Murders. This is Part 1.
