Judge Calls Immigration Efforts `Unacceptable'

David Bier, immigration policy analyst at the Cato Institute, discusses why the federal judge presiding over the reunification of migrant children with their families is calling the government's efforts "unacceptable" and instructing the Trump administration to appoint a person or team of people to create a procedure to return kids to their parents. Plus, Timothy Jost, a professor at Washington and Lee University School of Law, discusses a new lawsuit brought against the Trump administration by a group of U.S. cities, that argue that the Trump administration is killing the Affordable Care Act and driving up healthcare prices.
