It really affected the way I see myself and never had any self-esteem issues before but now, I'm even scared to look myself in the mirror. Let alone go outside. People comment on my scarred face and my tummy, and no matter how hard I try I end up feeling worthless. I'm unable to stick to the habits of jogging or working out, even after trying multiple times.
