Ross Enamait is a professional boxing trainer who has also written several books. Never Gymless and Infinite Intensity are, in my opinion, 2 of the best books on physical training ever written. Ross has an old school simplistic approach that is incredibly effective. He advocates a “Low Tech, High Effect” protocol that uses common implements, classic movements, and often homemade equipment.
