On August 10th 1981, Adam’s head was found in a canal near Vero Beach FL about 120 miles from where Adam was last seen at the Hollywood Mall

His body was never found 

Now as history states that vagrant and serial killer, Ottis Toole confessed to the murder of Adam Walsh, then recanted, then confessed and recanted again. The uncertainty of “Did he really do it?” popped in the minds of many over the years but in 2008, Ottis Toole, declared murderer of Adam Walsh
