On this episode, Ashdin is again joined by the amazing Yoshita Dave, sex educator, intimacy coach, counseling psychologist, life coach, sexual wellness expert and mental health first aider. Ashdin talks to her about sex and sexual wellness, being trained by and working under the famous Sexpert - Dr. Watsa himself, people telling her to take over Dr. Watsa's famous 'Ask The Sexpert' column in Mumbai Mirror after his passing, and lots more.

Yoshita give us some deep teaching moments by recounting examples of certain cases that she has come across, and what can be done if someone is going through similar situations.

Examples include a gentleman who was suffering from compatibility issues with his partner and was avoiding conflicts, both in his personal as well as professional lives, because of it. Another example talks about an extremely controlling partner who even controlled how much the husband ate. In yet another example, the wife was denying sex to her partner altogether.
