Tesla Sued in China Over Not Delivering on FSD Promises

The Art of Value host JJ breaks down the news that some Tesla owners in China are suing Tesla over not delivering the promised full self-driving capability on vehicles equipped with the older HW3 (Hardware 3) computer, which was manufactured from 2019 to 2023. Tesla previously claimed that all cars built since 2016 would have the hardware capable of achieving full self-driving (FSD).
