My question is what is wrong with getting comfortable in our comfort zone? It's a safe, secure and most importantly happy place, that's why we like there and in the outside world, there is competency, jealousy, hatred and the worst people, so is it okay to be in the comfort zone as long as I'm happy?

Ashdin explains why is it so important to push ourselves in order to NOT have any regret in the future and shares a fresh perspective on challenges and happiness in life.
