Photo journalist Carrie Cochran recently covered a story for the Cincinnati Enquirer detailing an ex-fashion photographer who devoted his talents to photographing individuals with special needs. Carrie followed world renowned photographer Rick Guidotti as he visited Cincinnati to capture the dignity and beauty of several children with special needs.
