Growing up in an all-women household, Eric Lindstrom was nourished to obesity on meat. Today, Lindstrom is an ethical vegan and author of two books, "The Skeptical Vegan" and "The Smart Parent's Guide to Raising Vegan Kids." Lindstrom lives in Ithaca, NY with his vegan wife and two vegan toddlers.
