138 - When I Get Started, But I Get Distracted, What Then?!

We can put so much effort into just getting started on crappy tasks that it can be such a pain in the butt to find ourselves getting distracted two minutes into the task. ADHD can really be fun sometimes, can't it?! UGH-tastic!
