Ty Gamble is a Life and Health Coach, Published Author, and former Division 1 Athlete in Cross Country and Track & Field. He was born, raised, and currently reside in Long Island, New York. Growing up, despite having what he would describe as a phenomenal upbringing, he faced psychological challenges that would define his adolescence. However, as time moved forward, Ty began realizing many of his issues uniquely connected to growing up in what he calls the "Millennial Era" or the digital age. After coming up with solutions that would alter his life, he felt he could use what has worked for him to impact the lives of countless others that have experienced similar challenges.
