The Baltimore Ravens officially put the non-exclusive franchise tag on Lamar Jackson Tuesday, essentially inviting teams to negotiate with him. But instead, within hours of the news breaking, multiple reports surfaced about five QB-needy teams that aren't planning to pursue him at all.

And because of that, accusations about collusion among NFL owners immediately started to pile up. We’ll dig into those accusations and discuss whether it can be proven.
