How to Overcome Fear

Self-Realization Fellowship monk Brother Kamalananda shares wisdom from Paramahansa Yogananda on where fear comes from and how we can overcome it.

Would you like to learn how to live beyond worries and fears? The soul is fearless, being a spark of the Divine, but when we identify with the ego and feel separate from God then fear arises. Through the practice of meditation, positive affirmation, and other practical tools, we can manage fears and worries in everyday life. And ultimately, fear dissolves completely when we realize our oneness with the Divine — that Loving Presence who is always within and around us, offering protection and peace.
