Instead, we need to change the mindset around to loving the process. The process of making a bigger impact on others lives. That's when we win. That's when we become SIGNIFICANT. Every day think, "Who Do I Need To Show Up For?" That question separates ego and selfishness from compassion and love. The strong desire to really, really make a difference.
