Meet Sarah Trapkus:

Sarah Trapkus is an emotional healing expert, certified life coach, and trained shamanic practitioner with over 15 years of experience in emotional and energy work. After experiencing C-PTSD and learning to use achievement as a way to avoid pain, Sarah discovered shamanic journey work and emotional processing techniques that brought her back into her body and transformed her life.

Now, Sarah works one-on-one with clients and trains coaches through her Emotional Alchemy Certification Program, teaching them how to help clients process emotions at the deepest level—beyond just mindset work. She's also writing a book (3 years in the making!) and shares powerful teachings on Instagram.

Fun fact: Sarah and Jamie met at Life Coach School certification in 2019 and connected instantly. They've been on parallel growth journeys ever since, and Sarah has personally coached Jamie through some of her biggest transformations.
