😤 Getting to the Bottom of Big Emotions - with Georgie's Brother Coopa

This week my brother jumps on the poddy to share a story that had a big impact on his son Bodhi. He shares how a specific approach to tackling big emotions has been a very useful tool for positive and connected parenting. This technique is not just for parenting though, Coopa illustrates how this approach has also been a positive tool for him in his close relationships (including his relationship with me!).
