Buckle up Lifers we have a big one today!

Firstly, Laura announced she is having baby number 2 and we couldn't be happier! She kept that a bloody good secret did't she! We chat all about her finding out, telling Matt, how and why she kept it a secret for 5 months, how this pregnancy is different and if she knows what she is having.

Then we get in to the big stuff. Mean girl behaviour, Internalised mysogyny, Internalised sexism, whatever you want to call it. We seem to be seeing it everywhere at the moment, thanks to the likes of reality tv, articles, social media, within our own friendship groups, So we wanted to take a deep dive and get all disecty with it. Find out exactly what it is, why it is still so prevalent in this day and age and what we can do about it. All in all we found the research so interesting and we think this is a great conversation to take to your family and friends! Let's get in to it shall we!?
