Happiness

Sleep

I talked about this before but it needs repeating because the data shows so many people around the world are not getting enough sleep.

 

 

Minimum is 8. I’ve read estimates up to 10 hours. You need to sleep as long as you need to … as long as it is at least 8 hours.

Movement
