I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sabrina Rising personally and am thrilled that she agreed to come on this episode to help explain that what we experience in our childhood directly affects our adulthood. It’s wild to think that by the time we’re 8 years old, we have learned lessons from our parents and other adults that shape our whole personality.

Our parents do the best they can with the knowledge they have at the time. But if WE don’t like the direction our lives are taking, WE are capable and responsible for doing the work to make the changes we want.
