- A venue where savings and investments are transferred between the suppliers who have capital and those who are in need of capital.
Secondary Markets
- Capital markets are composed of primary and secondary markets.
- Lenders originate loans then sell them to investment entities in the secondary market. This provides lenders with the liquidity to originate more loans.
Debt Yield: Metric used by lenders to in order to evaluate the risk involved in lending money to on to borrower. Calculated by dividing the NOI by the total loan amount.
