Mat Fraser is largely considered one of the greatest CrossFit athletes of all time, having won five consecutive CrossFit Games from 2016 - 2020.
He’s also a former Olympic weightlifting champion, overcoming a broken back as a teenager. Today he is the founder and Chief Product Officer of HWPO (“Hard Work Pays Off”) — a fitness training program.
He’s also the author of the book “HWPO: Hard Work Pays Off: A Strength Training Book”
