There is so much talk of generational trauma. I know this subject well, as my father was the child of Holocaust survivors, and he grew up in Europe hiding from the post war Nazi influence. But what of generational health? What of passing on healing to our children. Sounds good, right? Let's talk about it today. Let's talk about why we unknowingly pass on our pain and hurt, and how we can open ourselves to awareness and pass on a much different story.
