8 October 2015, Jurgen Klopp addresses a press conference to announce his appointment as manager of Liverpool FC, and he said, "We must turn from doubters to believers."
This weekend they won the English Premier League and their first English title for 30 years. What can we learn for our own business by reviewing the leadership of Klopp in the context of Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion, the framework by Robert Cialdini.
