Teaching Work Ethic and Building a Business from the Ground Up with Jeff Martin

Welcome back to the University Recruiters podcast! In this episode, we sit down with Jeff Marin, CEO of University Recruiters and the Jeffery Agency who has made a living teaching LinkedIn and building his own successful business. Jeff shares his insights on teaching work ethic, imparting good habits to kids, and balancing a busy career with being a parent. Jeff reflects on his own upbringing and how his parents' divorce affected his communication skills. He emphasizes the importance of overcompensating with his own children, making sure they always feel valued and loved. He even shares how he makes a point to let his kids know he's thinking about them, even when he’s away from home.
