Dr. Matthew Weathers is the Chief Enrollment Officer at Bob Jones University. He is a leadership developer, triathlete, and lifelong learner with a passion for inspiring young Christians to reject mediocrity.
With a PhD in intercultural studies, nearly two decades of experience in higher education, and six years living and teaching in Asia, he has led outreach organizations and raised over $1 million for student aid through epic endurance athletic feats.
Dr. Weathers is also the host of Steps to Thrive podcast, where he guides youth on practical growth, faith, and leadership.
