Biden touts the energy transition on the debate stage

In the spotlight during the last presidential debate of 2020, Democratic candidate Joe Biden said he will promote a transition out for the oil industry if he wins the election. But while it may sound like a huge red flag for America’s oil country, there are real signs that the transition may already be unavoidable.
