Positioning yourself strategically in the marketplace can be a bit tricky and frustrating. You look at the job posting, apply, and hear crickets. You question what you need to do to get someone to respond to your application and give you an interview. If you are not positioned strategically, it will take a long time before you get invited.
Career transitions need to be strategic and intentional, designed to showcase your value and expertise to a new organization or company.
