What do women really want in 2026? I was asked to answer this at a recent summit where I was invited to speak. After taking time to reflect, two themes became clear. Clarity and cash flow. Not more hustle. Not more striving. Not more busy work or endless social media.

They want clear steps. They also want consistent income. Because when cash flow is steady, it creates options. It allows you to support your family, give generously, and build without chaos or panic producing.
