Hilary is a shining beam of light! She drove all the way from Moncton to sit down and chat with the fellas all about some pretty heavy subject matter. Hilary recounts her experience of losing her father when she was only 12 years old and the emotional turmoil that came with it. For 13 years the unresolved trauma led Hilary down a road of struggling with her mental health. As heavy as it sounds, Hilary is an incredible guest who brings a buttload of a lot of levity to it all.
