Even though time management came from years back, in today's day and age - perhaps what's more important is putting the right amount of energy in your tasks. And with this, comes another hurdle : confusion. Does this happen to you that you go to a restaurant and you don't look at the menu before ordering thinking that it'll just bring in confusion. We don't realize it, but this habit of avoiding activities which will make you confused, will seep into your other activities.
