Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) also took a shot at Nvidia with the recent announcement of the M2 Ultra chip, boasting that it left Nvidia's RTX A6000 in the dust in "AI training." But is that claim really to be taken to the bank? Pure Storage (NYSE: PSTG) is a newer player in the data storage space, taking on competitors such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE), Dell (NYSE: DELL), and NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP). It has a subscription service that makes it a compelling investment, especially with the massive amounts of AI data needed to be stored.
