Many assume that Jesus simply did away with old rules and started anew. However, as Darrell will explain, this could not be further from the truth.In fact, Jesus affirmed the enduring nature and divine origin of God's law. Rather than starting from scratch, Jesus saw his mission as bringing the law to its full spiritual expression. His aim was to transform people's hearts, not merely compel external rule-keeping.
