Liz rose through the ranks of the corporate world over a 22-year journey, only to be laid off as a casualty of a merger. As a corporate employee, she had the illusion of security which vanished based on a decision taken by others. That decision afforded her the space to reflect upon what she wanted. She was able to take back control of her future and never put herself in that position again.
Liz now splits her time between running her own business and advising others who are at the same crossroads she was years ago.
