Alan from Ireland - 35 Marathons in 35 days & swimming the length of Ireland

Alan Corcoran ran 35 marathons in 35 consecutive days and then swam the length of Ireland. As you can imagine, there were a lot of ups and downs on this journey for Alan and in this chat I talk to him about what motivated him to start these brutal physical and mental challenges and also what gave him the encouragement to keep going, despite at times, nearly everyone and everything going against him.
