Christian's former restaurant Relæ was awarded a Bib Gourmand in 2011, followed by a Michelin star in 2012, and was on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list for numerous years. In 2014, he published his first book, Relæ: A Book of Ideas, and in 2016 he founded Farm of Ideas.
