Carla Fanciullo is an energy medicine practitioner and coach who grew up in San Jose, CA and moved to Gunnison, CO in 1977. She has been working with energy medicine since the 2000s and has developed tools to help people identify and manage their feelings and reactions. One of these tools is called "Take It To The Body" which helps people move their emotions from their head into their body. Carla also encourages people to have a coach to help them see what they can't see and to have awareness of their reactions.
