Sometimes our thoughts and our reasoning can create problems, especially when it comes to goal setting. When we overthink things, the "abyss" gets bigger and bigger as we rationalize our way out of our hopes and dreams. 

But when we quiet the mind, instead of focusing on the obstacles, we can commit -- and then solve the problems along the way!
