Without system-level productivity proof, procurement may preemptively reduce service spend. Effective risk management now requires auditing AI deployments for verifiable workflow changes, embedding measurable AI outcomes in QBRs, and treating workflow redesign and user training not as optional extras but as necessary, billable services.
