Chris van der Kuyl | Historic shipping warehouse conversion to state of the art workspace

Jerry talks to entrepreneur Chris van der Kuyl on venturing into commercial property. Chris and his lifelong friend Paddy Burns are very well known in gaming circles for their business 4J studios and for the work they've done over many years bringing the Minecraft franchise to millions of people. 

Chris shares some great insights into how and why they developed a 19th century warehouse on the waterfront in Dundee into a state of the art multi-let workspace. Though moving into commercial property was a natural step, Chris shares the inevitable obstacles they had to overcome.
