In this episode of #AskStefan, I answer the question "How do you be accountable to yourself?"
I believe that it's not enough to just be only accountable to yourself. You need to also be accountable to others. Michael Jordan, the greatest basketball player of all time, is known for saying that he demands more from him self than anyone else ever could. He was accountable to himself.
However, Michael Jordan also had coaches such as Phil Jackson and Tim Grover. He knew that you still need to be accountable to others and need help to raise your game.
So you not only want to be accountable to yourself, but others as well.
